Mary-Clair Talks Faith, Growth, and Her Powerful New Song, 'There Is A God'

We sit down with rising Christian artist Mary-Clair to talk about her powerful song There’s A God and the heart behind its simple yet profound message: God sees you, knows you, and loves you.

In this conversation, Mary-Clair opens up about writing music in the middle of real-life struggles, how her faith has grown through difficult seasons, and why this song became her personal “battle cry.” She also shares what it’s been like to see her story connected to I Can Only Imagine 2, and how that experience has impacted her journey.

Plus, we talk about her debut album Enough, what’s next in 2026, and the exciting new music she’s already working on.

Hymn 'Are You Washed in The Blood' Gets Fantastic Bluegrass Cover

The hymn “Are You Washed in the Blood” has received a fantastic bluegrass cover. This rendition of the old church hymn, near and dear to the hearts of many, is one that you’ll find yourself returning to repeatedly. Watch the short but delightful clip to hear their sweet performance of the hymn “Are You Washed in the Blood.”

Hymns are undefeated when it comes to church music, and that will forever be the case. That may not be a statement likely to garner much agreement, especially given how popular contemporary Christian music has become. It’s reached the point when even many churches have turned away from and shunned hymns, which is, in my opinion, extremely disappointing.

However, there is simply no arguing when it comes to hymns and contemporary Christian tunes. Hymns might be old, hundreds of years old in some instances, but that's no reason to forget about them. They are so beautifully written, powerfully expressing Christ’s love, forgiveness, mercy and faithfulness. On the other hand, if you’ve heard one modern contemporary Christian song, you’ve heard them all. Honestly, they sound very similar to many of the songs on most pop radio stations.

In a clip posted on YouTube, a bluegrass group, Backwoods Bluegrass, performed one of those familiar but incredibly underutilized hymns: “Are You Washed in the Blood.”

Their performance is simple: the musicians do nothing more than play the notes and sing the lyrics as intended, and it’s fantastic. Sometimes that’s all you need, and that is most certainly the case here. Their talent and the song’s lyrics shine through, and honestly, what more do you need?

“Have you been to Jesus for the cleansing power?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?
Are you fully trusting in His grace this hour?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?

It’s a most enjoyable performance, and it deserves to be heard, but perhaps a handful of times.

Ephesians 5:19 “Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;”

Jeremy Rosado and Tommee Profitt’s Soul-Stirring 'Nothing But the Blood'

Get ready to be in total amazement by this unexpected rendition of a beloved song. Jeremy Rosado and Tommee Profitt’s Soul-Stirring 'Nothing But the Blood'

Watch as this large group of instrumentalists and singers gathers in a church. Jeremy begins to sing a fun new twist on a well-loved hymn. Jeremy Rosado's "Nothing But the Blood" will be your new favorite song! The strings behind his powerhouse vocals will completely inspire you and put you in awe.

As Jeremy sings verse two, you can feel his strong emotion behind what Jesus has done for him. On the second chorus, the choir joins in, arms raised and voices singing with such strength. You will see people of all ages and races within this room. We will have a small taste of heaven on earth in this room. You will feel as if you are there in person.

The Chorus Sings:

O precious is the flow
That washes white as snow
No other fount I know
Only the blood of Jesus

Jeremy and Tommee are seen behind the microphone and the piano. They lead with such confidence and joy. The key change occurs, and you will feel as if you have entered the gates of heaven.

What Can Wash Away My Sins

Suddenly, the lights go down, and it is just Jeremy and Tommee as he sings “What can wash away my sins, nothing but the blood of Jesus.” It is a holy moment of awe. The end of the video says, “The Resurrection of a King.”

You will leave completely motivated in your faith and excited that our glorious God reigns and is risen. Jeremy Rosado, "Nothing But the Blood" is worth every minute watching and being a part of this moment of heartfelt worship.

“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” 1 John 1:9

CeCe Winans and Tommee Profitt 'Jesus Paid It All' Chilling Performance

CeCe Winans and Tommee Proffit turned in a chilling performance of “Jesus Paid It All.” This rendition of the beloved hymn by the two incredibly talented and gifted performers is one that you’ll find yourself returning to again and again. Watch the short but awe-inspiring clip to listen to CeCe and Tommee perform “Jesus Paid It All,” a tune that is near and dear to the hearts of many.

Where would you and I be if not for the love and forgiveness of Jesus Christ? That’s a frightening thought, isn’t it? There’s no doubt that we’d still be living in sin and shame and going about our days without any hope or chance at a future. That’d be a miserable existence, that’s for sure.

Additionally, and most frightening of all, we’d be staring down an eternity where we’d be entirely and forever separated from Him. But because of His love and sacrifice, that does not have to be our future. In Christ, hope, love, mercy and forgiveness are found. He willingly paid it all for us, saving us when we could not save ourselves.

In a clip posted on YouTube, CeCe and Tommee perform the hymn “Jesus Paid It All.” Of course, this is a tune that is familiar to anyone who has been in church for any amount of time. But that familiarity does not lessen the power of the lyrics. Those words and the song’s message are as true and as relevant today as when they were first written.

“Jesus paid it all
All to Him I owe
Sin had left a crimson stain
He washed it white as snow”

It is only through the blood of Jesus Christ, which he shed upon the cross for you and me, that any of us can be forgiven of our sins and made new. He paid the price. He paid it all, and all we have to do is accept that gift of forgiveness.

Romans 5:8 “But God has made clear to us, in that, when we were all still sinners, Christ gave his life for us.”
